The NEON ABC books were written in 1989 by Dean Blazek who founded the Northern Wisconsin Neon Workshop in the 1980's and has taught over 500 neon students. These books are an invaluable resource to those aspiring to learn how to bend neon lettering. They were out of print for many years but recently made available again by Dean himself, and can be purchased by emailing or calling the number in the graphic above. Also available is the book he wrote with his son Michael, NEON: The Next Generation, which is a great resource for neon makers and covers topics such as bending, processing, shop set up and troubleshooting.
