That's a good question Robert. I'd try to contact Shawna Peterson or Meryl Pataky. They might be able to point you in the right direction there. Thanks for bringing the slowness to our attention. I believe it's being resolved.

Bruce Suba would be a likely source in that area as well. He often processes plasma pieces for others who lack the equipment and knowledge to do it themselves.
