I received my initial training at The Neon Art and Tube Bending School in Portland, Oregon from August 1986 to February 1987. I proceeded to immediately work as a tube bender for a small company in Portland before moving to Salem in 1989. I worked full time bending tubes for Martin Bros. Signs first and then later for Salem Sign Co. I spent many years building, servicing and installing neon signs. I currently am semi-retired and recently started my own wholesale neon business. I am looking for a suitable apprentice that is passionate about the commercial aspect of neon production.
