The NMG has a zero tolerance policy: Please review the following guidelines. If you do not adhere to these guidelines, you may be removed from forums and/or potentially banned from the guild.

Anyone interested in neon is welcome here and inclusivity is our goal: beginners and veterans alike!

Content on forums & profiles must be neon relevant. Promotion of non-neon, (like LED’s) is not tolerated.

Members may post content pertaining to the creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, history, and knowledge of the neon trade. Some examples are as follows:

Referrals

Recruitment

Support and Commiseration (challenges)

Contracts for custom work

Equipment

Stay on topic - when a question is asked, feel free to answer it. But please stay on topic.

Remain professional - Do not assume content is aimed at you, nor aim derogatory content toward others. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is expected.

Members may not discriminate against any other member because of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, political or religious beliefs, national or ethnic origin. This includes but is not limited to profile posts or images and forum posts or images.

If this code of conduct is not followed, admin reserves the right to:

Mute or suspend commenting on forum threads.

Delete comments/images and threads as they see fit.

Review flagged content by other members and reserve the right to keep or delete content on personal profiles or forums.

Remove members from forums or expulsion from the guild.
