I am subscribed to the various forums but in at least one instance that I'm aware of I did not receive a notification of a new thread or reply posted. 

Hey Robert! Thanks for letting us know. Do you know which thread/forum post you didn't receive a notification for? It will make it easier to troubleshoot the error.

i have not been getting subscription notifications either.  i subscribed to all 5 of the main forum categories back when the feature became available.  the yellow box "You are subscribed to this forum." appears on all the forums, but i have yet to get any notifications.

are the notifications supposed to come via email?  i couldnt find any settings regarding the notification delivery.

Hey NeonPreservation thanks for letting us know. Yes, you would have received an email coming from subscriptions@neonmakersguild.com. I have to ask...did you check your spam folder? :) I know that has happened with a few members. 

Yes, same here...including this forum/thread. I just check my spam folder as well, nothing there.

but no... nothing in the spam folder.  however, i will add that email address to my address book as a recognized contact.

Ok..thanks for checking that :) We will look into getting this bug sorted out. I'm getting my notifications, so it isn't happening for everyone which probably makes it a little harder to find the bug...but we will figure it out! Thanks for letting us know, and I will get back to you about it as soon as I know what is going on. Sorry about that!

no worries, intermittent problems are the hardest to troubleshoot.  thanks for looking into it for us!

The problem with the subscription notifications should be fixed. In fact, you may have gotten inundated with emails for about 12 hours when it was first fixed :) but now it should be working properly. Please let me know if you still are not getting the notification emails!

This bug might be back. I recently subscribed to all 5 of the top level forums and during that session it would correctly show that I am subscribed, but I did not recieve emails when new posts were published and now it doesn't show I am subscribed to any of the forums. I was hoping to get an email whenever there was any activity on these forums, maybe we can make this a global option?

I updated a couple of things this afternoon and fixed a bug that was deleting the user subscriptions instead of the subscription alert. Hopefully once you have resubscribed to them things work as expected. I have a few other things in the pipeline to finish and then I'll look at a global subscribe option.
