Hi members!

I think it was briefly mentioned during the first brunch, or at least the idea of selling-neon-tools, but I think it would be a great idea to have a sort of infographic poster on why neon is better than LED. Something that can be easily printed (perhaps even on just an 8.5x11 for flyer handouts) that shows potential buyers why neon is more expensive, but ultimately why neon is far superior than LED. If this isn't something that someone has already made, I'd be more than willing to begin workin on this.  Where can I find lab notes on tests done between the two mediums? My hopes are that once this little poster comes into being, it can be available in the Maker's library for anyone to use. Perhaps it can even have the "Neon Maker's Guild" logo on it as an offical stamp of approval, telling buyers that it's backed by more than just the bender themselves. Thoughts?

Thanks!

Hi Bing! I think that sounds like a great idea and something that would be helpful to inform a lot of folks. If you wanted to put something together that would be great. I am not sure how to point you in the right direction for finding the technical data for comparison, other than suggesting good ol Google. Maybe other members will weigh in on that. Once we have a pdf of the infographic we can definitely make it available to others on the website. Thanks for putting your effort to it :)
